Went there recently for a car problem. My fairly new battery kept dying. I thought it might be the alternator. The mechanic discovered that a plastic bolt under the brake pedal had broken and was keeping the brake lights on, thereby draining the battery. They replaced the part and only charged me $29.00. I was shocked pleasantly. Great, honest place. I will be a customer for life.
Love this shop! Two times they have helped us. We have a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan. Had some issues with it and they were honest. Gave us advice on what to do. Thank God for them.
Wife took vehicle here to get the AC fixed in the middle of summer, charged $110 just to "examine" what was wrong with it and that it would be added to the repair bill, if repaired here. Afterwards, was told it was going to be $1100 to fix it, said the part itself (AC Compressor) alone was $600-$700. The part is valued at $300 at most retail stores, not even half of what they said, it was a lie. Took the vehicle to another mechanic shop and they looked at it for free and said only about $650 to fix. Therefore, Steward Auto Repair took advantage of my wife because she does not know cars, very disappointed. Even more so when I contacted them, got no reply or anything at all. Wish she had reviewed this place before going, but now out $110 (Never again)
Starting with the service desk, I found the staff to be polite and knowledgeable. My car rides much better. The work was done correctly and in a timely manner. Also, The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for your good service
Good people to work with. Stewarts has the best mechanics in central Florida, and their prices more than fair. I've used them to fix fenders, and just today, added a new inside blower to my old buggy. They do it all! Too bad they don' t work on motorcycles too. :)
