Ordered folders for my manager online and was charged for it and when she showed up they didn’t have the folders available twice. Crappy customer service and poor website.
I am always pleased with the service I receive at Staples. The clerks are always ready to assist. The will ask can they help rather than walk past you like they don't see you. Also, if you ask them for help they will and stay with you until its finished. I love Staples!!!

The store itself is great but we order online for the office and every single time our order is delayed by at least 3 days, so don't buy into that next day delivery b.s, if you need it asap go to the store.
