When we asked for a cash discount the lady takes the chest off and drops price $200 but she wants another 1000 for the chest.
Went there to buy a bedroom suit lady gave us a price of 3,400 out the door with tax.

So price is more than what we were quoted to begin with. Not only that she didnt tell us that she took the chest off until my husband asked her again what all we were getting.

bought at Brooks two - three times and feel short changed at all trips to Brooks. Even if you are disabled like me they will not take a return even though we were going to buy $2000.00 worth of furniture. I literally had to practically give the love seat from away and went elsewhere to buy a loveseat all leather. Sorry we will not be back.!!!!!!!!
