Good store bad phone service nobody helps you they answer then as you ask the question they tell you to hold on and your on hold for 20 min then transfer you to the wrong department smh I'd rather go in the store than waste my time trying to call this store.
The only place my family and I were able to locate a backup generator. Through the massive chaos of people looking to purchase a generator, the service was outstanding. One of the employees was kind enough to even help place the new generator in our truck.
Went too lowes to get paint for outside around 8:00pm I am standing around 15 minutes
We went looking for a door , could not find the one we needed, so we asked for help and his tag said maneger. And he was very rude and told us to find a maneger to help us. And i went to find someone els and he was nothing but a smart ass. We do allot of bissnes over here and this was the worst experience!
Rhonda was a very rude person at the return desk. This was the worst experience ever I've had at this store. We were sold alarms (pictures attached) that were in bad shape. When I came to return them, Rhonda was very rude saying it's at "her discretion". She didn't want to process the return. She gave me a very mean look at said sarcastically "they're all defective?" Her manager came and told her she HAD to issue the return.
