He not only found the problem that I did not see which was cracked flanges but he had all the parts he needed on his truck and had them replaced, toilets reset and grouted in short order. I had a garbage disposal that I was going to install myself but asked Jeff to handle it. He knocked that out in about 30-40 minutes!
We had a problem of two toilets with leaky seals. I tried to replace the seals myself and found that they began leaking again (still) in a few days. I gave up and began to look for a reputable local plumber on the internet. I am happy to say that I called Cypress in the morning and they had a guy named Jeff freed up later in the afternoon.
Discovered a leak in an outside pipe leading to the house. Shut off the water and called Cypress Plumbing. They were at my home in in less than 1/2 hour. Dug and fixed the leak in under an hour. Cost was fair. I've never had to call a plumber before but now I know who I will call for future incidents. Gentleman was courteous and professional. Definitely recommend!

Called and made appointment for badly leaking toilet. Never came out. When I called to ask they said oh well be today. No time. Definitely not professional and lack of care and attention. Will never use again.
