So I'm staying at sight 36 been hear for 4 days and took a walk this morning around the camp ground. Somene came storming out of there camper saying he was the manager, then ask me who I was. I point to where I was staying at the tiny house and was told me very rudely the I need to stay over there. Those people need to stay over there. When I rented this place I was told I had free range of the fire pit, kayats and docks. This man was very rude and told me he was the manager 4 times. I think someone power has gone to there head. The outpost rv resort and community is no community just some jerk that thinks he's God.

This is a Beautiful Place. Huge Lake for fishing offers kayaking and canoeing. It's quiet People are warm and friendly. But not too crowded. A. . Can't ask for better management Anywhere ! It's a Perfect Get Away ! :)

Batman gives this RV "Resort" only 3 stars. There are no trails nearby but there is a big field to run after a ball when no one is looking. Very small RV park. I am traveling in a 42ft Fifth Wheel which could not be accommodated in the main part of the park. We parked instead within the area of tiny houses right on the highway. There is room for expansion, so maybe when the park expands into this area it would be ok to visit.

Owner needs to rein in new park management. He's running off all long term tenants. Wife and I moved our rv here in April with all intention of staying 2 years. We had great neighbors until July when Colonial Clink showed up! He runs around harassing tenants and their guest about parking. Keeps your mail and distributes it when he likes. Tells you not to park in empty rv spot but he does. All I can say to the owner is a bird in hand is better than two in the bush.

Stayed here for a week in January and loved it. The park is located across from a small airport. You get to see bi planes and sea planes flying every day, which our kids loved. The RV spots are spacious and the free use of kayaks is a great touch! We didn't mind all the rules as it keeps the park looking clean! A ton of RV sites have great views.
