I went into the deli after work to get a wrap for dinner and the guy behind the counter "Aaron" made me the BEST most delicious veggie hummus wrap I've ever had in my life!!! Very polite and fast.. The food was fresh and it was a truly great experience I don't write many reviews but this time it was well deserved keep up the good work and thank you from me and my family we LOVE PUBLIX!!!
That said, great location overall, but they can't seem to keep their sub shop straight. The last 6 of 7 subs I've ordered (spanning 5 orders over 2.5 months) had to be canceled becase the food wasn't in stock. Especially bad about meatball subs, all of my last 5 attempts to order meatballs resulted in either a callback (pre-order) or a flat "we don't have any" or "it will take an hour+ to make more"
One star only because of the girl behind the deli counter who was working around 2pm today wearing a tan shirt. However the woman wearing a pink shirt, you were incredibly rude and disrespectful. You've completely lost my business and the business of my entire company that I work for. I went in to pick up a veggie platter, which was purchased for us as a gift from another office, and was treated like a liar and a thief. By the way, the company that purchased the veggie tray for us will also no longer use your dreadful services. You weren't very discrete when whispering to the other manage nasty things about me. My father works for Publix Corp and this will be addressed.
Gotta say, giving a 4 rating to a publix is weak.
My wife and I visited my brother in Winter Haven during August 2017 and we shopped at the Southeast Plaza store on several occasions. We have nothing but praise for everyone at the store. Without exception, we always received smiley welcomes, superb assistance when required and nothing was too much trouble. Tim, mate, you are a star! The service standards exceeded anything that we have experienced in our home country, Australia. Our hats are off to you folks! Thank you for making every shopping experience so enjoyable.
