I gave it three stars because it took a long time to drop off my rental car from Miami plus the associate working the counter had an attitude...
Friendly service... should have at least another person working instead of one so it's easier and faster for customers to get in and out.
Went to rent a car this morning only one person working there and he had a very bad attitude but I was going to rent the car anyway but I wanted to pay for the car now and come pick up the rental around 12 so I could return it about noon on friday not 8 in the morning he said definitely not if I rented now I couldn't wait to pick it up after lunch and that it would be due at 8 Friday when I wanted to return it so I just went down the road to enterprise and they took good care of me and didn't have a problem with me paying for the car now and picking it up later I should have got his name do yourself a favor there is 3 rental car places all together check the other ones first I stopped at this one because they had a better selection but now I see why
I use this office on a regular basis. Always friendly and quick. Good location. Decent prices and clean cars.
