This place is very unprofessional. They have crappy cars and they r not clean. Also understaffed or some lazy employees while one does all the work others aee sitting in the back doing nothing but taking it easy. They r doing no kind of work

The worst! Rep on the phone was extremely rude and didn't seem to want to answer my questions. State Farm, who referred us out even tried to speak with them about transferring paperwork over and they were nasty to them. Will never rent a car from this company ever. Went to Enterprise with no problems at all.
Ms. Indiana has amazing customer service... always kept me informed of the status on my rental charges, there were no surprises on what I had to pay over what the auto insurance paid. We need more reps like her... Thank you so much for everything!!! Greatly appreciated
Not helpfull at ALL. I booked and did prepaid then asked to pick the car up early. Im paying for a week and only booked the car for 4 DAYS. They said NO you cant do that, so then i asked if i can pick it up earlier than my scheduled time on the day i was supposed to pick the car up and they said NO has to be the time you booked for. CUSTOMER SERVICE from HERTZ sucks. Go with ENTERPRISE much friendly and they allow small changes and pick up times.
