I have never, in my 48 years alive on this earth, been to a car wash that has to give you an ESTIMATE to wash your car. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I can deal with paying extra for a hand wash vs a auto wash. But to be told that I would have to receive an estimate to have my car hand washed is absolute garbage. Not o only will I never go here again, but I will definitely make sure to tell everyone I knnow to avoid this place like the plague! What a scam.
They cleaned my husky liner floor mats and put them back in the truck wet, soaking my front carpet.... I'm pissed!
I have used Pat's to wash my $65,000 Super Duty for about a year now. They just ran my truck through the wash with the rear door partially open soaking my carpet and leather seats. When I told them they left to door open all I got was "I'll dry it off".
Time for a change.

I find it hard to believe that a $27 car wash can not even remove the bird droppings off of your car. I been using Pat's for several years and the higher the price gets, the worse the quality becomes!

Outside of car looks great but they always wipe the inside so quick that it doesn't get protection polish evenly everywhere. For the price I am once again a little disappointed.
If I could give them no stars I would. Paid 40 bucks for them to not do anything they said . Disrespectful manager won't let me speak to owner or anyone else to resolve problem even asked for a refund or a way to come back and get another and they denied everything . Please don't go to this place plenty of other well rounded nice places but not this one .
However, the owners truck always looks spotless! Imagine that!
