I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I pulled in for a lube job and car wash at 5:00 yesterday. They pulled me in but did not work on my car until they pulled in another car in the lube station next to mine. By the time they finished my car at 5:30 they reported that car wash was closed. I drove 35 minutes to there location for an oil change and car wash. They also charged me $8.00 for extra oil. This has never happened before. Their attitude plus telling me that they had to let my car cool down before working on it, plus being over priced resulted in my dissatisfaction. I will not use this location again.
Really Good Deals On A Car Wash And They Do Quality Work
The $5 car wash is what I usually get and it's fine. Today, I had them do the inside as well. They broke a cup holder and told me it was already broken. It wasn't! They didn't vaccuum the back of my SUV very well either. In the future, I'll only do the $5 car wash.
Luv this place. I use to take my PT Cruiser for a nice fast wash and now that I have a newew nicer car (Nissan Altima) I found out I don't have to put through the machine and it could be hand wash, in and out for $30. Luv it!!
