The whole culture of this practice is professional, proficient, and good natured. You know, I would go so far as to say I had fun throughout the whole process.
I recently had an older filling from a previous dentist removed and replaced by Dr. Ho. The process went much more smoothly than I ever could have imagined, as the previous dentist had a hard time with it. With Dr. Ho it was quick and painless and I am pleased with the result.
I highly recommend Dr. Ho for your dental needs. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Ho & the staff is the best around! Dr. Ho & staff have gone above and beyond for my Family & we appreciate it. He uses the latest technology in his office. The office staff are very attentive, helpful and polite. The atmosphere in the office is always welcoming. They always try to make your visit as pleasurable as possible. Dr. Ho performs all phases of dentistry. The dental hygienist at the office are very nice, through and perform painless cleaning. They are even good with children. Both my girls age (13) & (10) both see Dr. Ho & Linda and have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Ho explains everything he does so you understand what is being done and why. I would also like to add they handle your insurance needs and make sure everything is filed correct, to accrue you receive the correct benefits. I highly recommend Dr. Ho and the office staff for the awesome care they have given. My husband and I have a lot of work to be done (some already completed), and so far they’ve been amazing! Once all work is done and complete, I will follow up this review. I except nothing less than what we’ve already received, Great Service! Keep up the good work!
I couldn't agree more, the staff is so professional and very welcoming. Dr. Ho is fast yet does excellent work. The office is clean and sterile which is important for me.
Update: This was the 3rd place I called for information regarding denture replacement. The first had an answering service and no one returned my call. The second had a person answering phones who seemed to have limited knowledge and less interest in being pleasant. But that's fine because when I talked to Megan at Dr Ho's office, I knew I had found the right practice. She answered all of my questions and after booking my first appointment ended our conversation by saying; "Let me the first one to welcome you to our practice." I know it's a little thing but it ended up being indicative of the whole team.
I went to Dr. Ho as a new patient. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door. The waiting area had a very comforting feeling with an aquarium and a nice scented candle which left a pleasant smell. I was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Ho explained everything I needed to have done in great detail where I could understand. The assistant Stephanie was very patient with me during my x-rays and helped form a plan that was reasonable for me time wise. My insurance was already verified before my appointment so I was aware of the coverage before I ever left the dental chair. All of my questions when checking out were answered with knowledge and they even called to make my appointment at the specialist for me. This office and its staff goes above and beyond to make sure every patient is taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of a caring and compassionate office with a experienced Dentist with a GREAT personality. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!
I moved to Florida 11 months ago and knew that it was time for my check-up and bi-annual cleaning. I dreaded searching for a dentist knowing that any one that I chose would be a gamble.
Fortunately for me (but not so fortunate for my husband), my husband had a mishap with his dentures and contacted Dr. Ho's office for help. They got him in immediately and were very kind and the work that was done is beautiful.
Super friendly and competent staff. Dr Ho is exceptional. They all made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Knowing how picky about doctors and ddentists I can be, my husband highly recommended Dr. Ho, knowing that we would be a good match for each other.
I really appreciate the way Dr. Ho. explains what he is doing as he is doing it. He is by far the most skilled dentist I have been to. His staff is also knowledgeable, friendly, and will make you feel at ease.
Now about the quality of care: OUTSTANDING! I was rather surprised to find out the process would involve 5 visits. I'm tempted to go into detail, but suffice it to say each step had a specific purpose in creating custom fit dentures that fit my mouth, are comfortable, and look just like natural teeth. Dr. Ho and his technicians explained each step and it's purpose (shout out to Stephanie). I was never uncomfortable during the process. The administrative staff were professional and kept me informed of the insurance information, billing process, etc.
