Most people dread going to the dentist. Not me! This is the best dental office in Winter! Maybe the best in Polk County. I'm not kidding. Very nice folks through out the building. Please be kind to Kristy, when I was there on the 14th, after H. Irma, she still did not have household power back and her husband works outdoors daily. Doesn't make for very comfortable nights without AC. Hope power is back on. It is what I prayed for as I left the office. My best to you all.

I was given proper treatment, excellent assistance. Staff will greet you a great, happy smile. You will be encouraged to come back, and visit their office because of great concern of D. Cerdan to his patient being friendly, kind, and approachable. I will most likely 100% recommend his good office. Come and visit Dr. Cerdan's office and schedule an an appointment. You will be glad you did it.
I had a crown that came off. Dr Cerdan had an X-ray done to check the health of the tooth before reseating the crown. Due to issues found in the X-ray, the tooth would have abscessed soon causing far worse issues and pain, so it had to be extracted surgically. My extraction was very professionally handled.
I loved my new Hygienist. She was so easy to get to know. She was involved in conversation and I felt very comfortable with her. I had to change my appointment time and was advised that I would be seeing a different hygienist. I wasn't too thrilled with it but I am so glad I did. She was AWESOME and I am keeping her so tell her not to go anywhere. She is the main reason I am no longer deciding on whether I should stay or go.
