I have a had firehouse so many times I have lost count. They are definitely top 3 in the sub sandwich favorites. This location I have gone to maybe three times and it's because it's close to the college I go to. Me and a group of my classmates went that had never tried it before on our lunch break. The subs were great as usual but what we didn't like was how the employees were treated by the owner. We felt embarrassed for them as they looked humiliated. The owner would tell them "go clean my dishes" or speak to them in rude ways. I would hate to work at this location.
I go to this firehouse subs often. At least once a month. Ive never been disatisfied, the staff are always very welcoming. Everytime i go in and eat it i never have to give my name everyone knows me and remembers my order. Keep up the awesome staff.
They're OK. I got a steak and cheese sub there wasn't much steak or cheese on it
Firehouse have the best subs in the whole world don't nobody beat their subs they are fully loaded and they give you a lot of meat and that's what I love about Firehouse the subs taste is all good and they always greet you when you come in the door. They say hello welcome to Firehouse
Owners verbally abuse employees in front of guests... I will not patronize this place.
