$6.00 for pure slop it was so nasty my dog wouldn't eat it ..and he eats everything. The store is filled with roaches and rats.
The thrift store at this location has some of the best prices of any thrift store in Polk County. That being said, there are some issues with this location that must be pointed out. The #1 issue is "parking", the parking lot is small and crowded on most days. There is a park (Trailhead Park) a street behind the thrift store with plenty of parking. The second problem is crowded aisles. This cannot be helped as the floor plan doesn't allow for wide aisles but, this can lead to aisles being blocked, an occassional shove, and as I found out this morning a rude comment by the "volunteers" who are busy working in an already crowded store. I am a regular customer and today with my wife and children in tow, a "volunteer" decided to get rude with my family and loudly and embarrisingly point out that the area where we where standing was a "walkway". She emphasized this by waving her hand up and down like a traffic controller to illustrate. Then lied about it when I informed the regular "employees", when the "cameras", my wife and most frustatingly my kids bore witness to her actions, this caused me to abandon my shopping cart full of merchandise and visit another charity thrift store. I can say that I emailed management and they seemed very concerned about my experience, but, as long as this lying and rude "volunteer" works there I will not be spending my money there.

When someone calls to see if you have something and the thrift store manager tells you your more than welcome to come in and check... it just shows the level of customer service you will get when you go to the store!! Next time get off your a$& and check to see if you have it!!! That is what customer service is suppose to be!! Will never go to this store! Thanks
