Worse dealer ever. We purchased a car from their sister store and have had to bring it in for repair 4 times for the same thing. Shutting off while driving almost causing my 17 year old to get into an accident. Needless to say I am now afraid to let her drive it and while looking for a safer car they refuse to help us by lowering the price so we could get into a safer car. They are only interested in the $ not worried about the people.
We have a Dodge Citadel and had to have the front light changed. My husband usually does his own work, but this time he didn't feel comfortable due to some issues with the housing. We got an appointment in one day and the light installed in no time at all. We will definitely use this dealership again. Great time, honest and efficient ! Thank you.
Came in today after seeing a car online, called to make sure the car was in stock because I was driving a good distance to get there, I was told it would be out front waiting for me. when I arrived I was told they could not sell me the car it had a bad transmission. They Asked if there was any other car they could show me, but only had one other car in my price range out of all of their other dealerships. Then they asked if I would be interested in a new car... after sharing my level of dissatisfaction with the general manager and the district manager who just happened to be there at the time no one ever even asked for my name or phone number to try and help me find a car or earn my business they were just as happy to see me go. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible response from district manager as well. No wonder his people didn’t even care, they were ready to go back and sit down in their offices, not interested in selling cars.
I am so impressed with this Service group!! My first visit was excellent but thought it may have been one special person. Returned today and found two more equally special people to make another excellent experience. Service is exceptional and the people are genuine. Thank you!!!
