Dropped off my FIAT 500e at 7:30 AM to have a key fixed that had stopped working and to see what was up with an outside temperature gauge that was way off. Later in the afternoon, I learned that it had been transported to another dealership. When I went to pick it up, that dealership hadn't looked at it yet. These were simple issues that had nothing to do with the car being electric. No one called me after I picked it up. It seems they really don't care. Not sure how they operate a service facility there but I will go elsewhere (and will buy elsewhere.)
They did a very nice job of getting my car evaluated and getting me in a Rental Car for the warranty work. They work was done well and completely. They also gave an estimate for something else I needed. I really like the Staff and the work they do.

In addition, they have responded promptly to my subsequent phone calls and emails and have answered my questions with alacrity. In addition, I just received an email notifying me that Fiat of Winter Haven has created a personalized web page for my automobile. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to availing myself of a continued relationship with Fiat of Winter Haven. When it's time for my wife's next car, chances are very good that we'll purchase it from these nice people.
Low pressure sales experience was a welcome change after a week of unexpectedly having to replace a totaled car. Eve was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the FIAT line of cars.
