Poor untrained staff, I visited this medical office after calling to ask about whether they do DOT drug screens an physicals an they informed me they do, so I asked how much is the service they told me a price I agreed an came on in for service. While there I filled in the paper work for what I needed to be done an paid my money. Once done I filled out the paperwork because I knew the results I needed were to be requested. Long story short today after paying for a service I requested a month ago, I was sent home without pay pending a drug screen results that I did not have because first care of winter haven Did not do a drug screen on me, even though I asked, showed proper paper work an wrote down what services I needed to be done. I called to see what could be done about it and no surprise they were no help. So after this I lost 4 hours of my time that I will never get back an a 150 dollars. Don't waste ur time here if your time an money means anything to you!!!
I was in this office the first time on Saturday, i was taken care of quickly and was encouraged to call back if i was not feeling better..
Dr. Lee and Dr. Tim are very thorough and attentive. They can treat me as well as my 5 year old granddaughter with knowledge and experience. This clinic is always fast and efficient and always get you in quickly. They can do almost anything the hospital can and you don't have to spend 4-6 hours like you do at the ER!
Worst experience ever. The front desk clerk Brandy was rude while I was trying to fill out paperwork and how she was speaking was not how patients should be spoken too. She had me so mad repeating herself while I am in the process of trying to get the information she needed (mind you she saw me on the phone trying to get the information needed and I told her to hang on) and she was talking to me like I was stupid and her tone of voice had attitude.
This is only the second time I've ever used an urgent care.... I will continue to use them when needed....
I visited this place on Saturday morning. After 4 days, the medication was not working. I called to ask if I came back for the same issue would I have to pay copay. The girl that answered the phone told me no so I drove to the clinic. Once there I am told I do need to pay the copay. It's not that I can't afford the payment, it's the fact I was told by an employee of the clinic that I would not have to pay it. They need to make sure the people that answer the phone is trained properly!!!

After chest x-ray, another thorough exam and a new script I'll be back on track in about three days.....
I'm a heart failure patient so I've been to many doctors for many reasons over the last 6 years...
