They have really good employee's some do their best to help you and some just do bare minimum. Other then that they have great equipment to help you, "shock Therapy, hear pads, & all kind of stuff" If my back wont so bad they would of done a great job. They do help you as much as they can if you get the right preson. World recommend if you need Physical Therapy
