This place does not return phone calls, even when you leave multiple URGENT messages regarding your medication being wrong. I guess they would rather patients end their lives than return phone calls.
Want to thank all the staff that took care "care" of me . There level of commitment is outstanding from emerg/ triage to pphysicians and nurses... outstanding performance on all levels we thank you all.
Very disappointed in this office. I have had to reschedule an appointment for my son at least 3 times already and when I called to asked why his appointment was moved yet again all I was told is that oh well her schedule is a mess and basically things happen. Well I have a job and have to work. I can not keep changing days and times. It reflects very unprofessionally towards me. This is unacceptable and this is why I stopped coming to this place once before but unfortunately I had to come back. For my child.
