I’m so very happy with the very kind and caring staff. They helped me when I didn’t know who could. And made me feel comfortable. Nurse practitioner was very caring and . I have no complaints. 5 star!!
I had an appointment 11-14-2017 got there at 2:45 for my 3:15 appointment still was waiting at 3:45 i was never seen and they skipped over me. Very unprofessional!
I would give them 0 star if it was possible. Very poor customer service. Very unorganized. Unfreadly staff and doctors. I will be finding a New ob asap.
I just wanted to take a moment to review this office, because 9 time out of 10, no one bothers to take the time to review the services they receive unless they want to complain or when they receive exceptional over the top a$$ kissery. My vist to this office today was neither of those, but I felt the staff needed to be recognized for their professionalism and bedside manner.This visit was extremely emotional for me. I have very severe case of decay in the front of my top teeth. It's bad. Really bad. To be blunt, it looks like I eat meth for breakfast although for what it's worth, that is not the case. I'll spare everyone my life story but a life of neglect and poverty leads to prioritizing every other bill imaginable above your health. My visit started in the office waiting room, where a very polite and accommodating receptionist was being barrated about some scheduling issue that was out of her controle. Still managed to input a new patient and deal with that. Then Dr. Marti and the dental assistant Sandy( maybe Sandra?)were the first in years to see the true conition of my mouth (including my partner and kids) as i wear a flipper just to function in society and be employable. Tears rolled down my face and I was so afraid. They just did their jobs efficiently and still compassionately. They were constantly making sure I was comfortable, and although the entire appointment was over in less than an hour and a half, I didn't feel rushed and all my questions were answered and I never once felt my intelligence was being insulted. This place is a godsend for those who are uninsured and underemployed.The entire staff made me feel like they were there for the right reasons and were WAY too nice and accommodating for how overworked they probably all are.
Their ob gyn department is ok just stay far far away from Dr Erin Best. She is plain out rude and doesn't listen. Any other dr will be better than her.
