The female that attended my family and me with our passports was very rude and unprofessional. She snorted and rolled her eyes after I had asked a question. This place needs re-train their employees on not being racist or with attitude. Also, we had to come back twice because they gave us the wrong information.

I came, Mind you I'm a high school student trying to pay a ticket, one I couldn't find the place so I called and the lady I spoke to was rude and unprofessional, then hung up on me. Then I walked in at 4:59 and the security officer looks at me and tells me to come back at 8 in the morning.... But how when I go to school and I live an hour and twenty minutes away? I'm not happy. I expect better for a County building
I like that you guys send a summons for jury duty including all necessary information for serving. I would prefer there was an easy way to double check jury duty WITHOUT that summons. I've misplaced mine and cannot confirm whether I need to show up or not because, understandably, you guys are closed on the weekends
