The lines are long buy once you in, you in and out. Well depending on the situation.
I took my brother in law there. We arrived about 45 minutes before opening, so we were only a few places back in the line. Security guard was very pleasant and helpful. Within an hour we were out of the door. The person working on his paperwork was also very helpful and friendly. No complaints at all here.
Horrible customer service, you have to wait outside in the heat for hours waiting to get in. here's a thought...open another location.
