BEWARE! MONEY SUCKERS AT THEIR BEST! I wish I could give them a negative 5 star review. Charging money just for the fun of it and making money out of my misery ($75 referral fee paid to the Banfield that refer my dying dog to you guys - Are you for real?). I don't wish bad because my mom raise me right. My dog is about to die all because of these rats.
I was charged $2,800 and they didn't attend my dog. Honestly, karma is king and you will all pay for what you did.
I brought my dog here on Friday night around 11 she was pregnant and having complications she had been in labor for 24 hours . We went to the front and checked in then they put us in a room after waiting 25 minutes the veterinarian finally came in to see my baby. He wanted to do and x-ray and take blood he explained that because she was so big and so young he wanted to do a c-section right away because she had been in labor for a while already he explained that he had to go get us a quote on how much it would be and he would be right back in . A short time later he came back into the room and said it would be 515.00 just for blood work and an x-ray and a additional 2,000 for the c-section i quickly explained i didn’t have that kind of money but I did have a good job and i had pay stubs to prove it and i asked if i could make payment at this point i was very upset and crying just trying to get them to help my precious pup but the veterinarian said no they didn’t do payments but they did do something called care credit i applied for it and got denied The veterinarian then said they’re was nothing they could do because i didn’t have the money to pay them they did give me pain pills for free to send home with her but the next day she passed away. My dog was worth way more then 3,000 $$ to me but they didn’t think so now I’ve lost my best friend all because i didn’t have the money upfront to pay them. I don’t recommend this hospital to anyone who loves their pets unless you have plenty of money up front to pay them they will not do ANYTHING for your pet except send them home to suffer and die in your arms. My baby didn’t deserve to die they could have saved her !! Now I have to hurt everyday. RIP tye I love and miss you dearly. As for the animal hospital you can all go to hell.
My babygirl was brought here late Friday night they told us that it would cost $2,000 for her to have a C-Section or else she will die and of course we didn’t have that kind of money... they sent her home and let her die
So I recently had to take my cat here for an emergency and I was kinda mad when I first arrived. My cat had four lacerations and to me was hurt really badly being he broke a window and got all cut up. So when I walked into the emergency side the receptionist didn't pay any mind to me at all. She carried on her conversation with another patients owner. At first didn't see a problem being she could of been going over important information with her but I over heard and they were just gossiping. Which I think it's wrong that I stood there waiting as my cat is still in pain and I have no clue the severity of his wounds and they don't even acknowledge the fact that I'm there. This was an emergency place when someone comes in you should be tended to immediately especially if there is no one else there but instead you continued on your conversation. That was very off putting. After getting checked in they brought him to the back to be looked at which I was immediately concerned because I wasn't allowed back with him but the doctor came out and explained what was going on with him. Then I had to wait for a quote and when I saw the cost I immediately was shocked. Very expensive and they make you pay the high end cost of what it could come out to be before they even finish treatment. They also wanted all the money up front no payment plans the only option was care credit which I don't qualify for. Also I was going to have to surrender him because the administer medicine right away which if you didn't know that's pretty expensive so basically your baby is stuck there if you have no money. Once he was in there I wouldn't have been able to take him out to try someone more affordable so I payed and did what I had to do. They said if it was any less they would refund the money but still why not wait till after. I don't know how the staff treats your pet based on the fact that I never was able to be in the room with my cat. Even when removing the sutures I wasn't allowed back with him. They doctor didn't even come out to talk to me. I had questions that never got answered also what to look out for if he was to pick at his wounds. On the plus side it's nice that they're 24/7 and the staff is very friendly. The office itself was very clean and comforting. They sell a lot of good things for pets there. If needed I would come back but only for an emergency visit only if they were the last option and no one else was open
5 years ago took our dog Gordon to ER there, was told he was in liver failure. That they would need to keep him a few days and it would cost $3000.00. When we told them we did not have that kind of money they said we should put him down. They sent us home with pain medication and wanted us to bring him back the next day to put him down. We decided not to do that and within a few days Gordon was back to his old self. I advise not taking your animals there unless you have a ton of money to spend. They will suggest to put them down. 5 years later we still have Gordon and he is doing great.
