Rude gentleman at register. My daughter's smoked Italian was great. My Bbq brisket was horrible!!!! Over cooked, greasy, cooked flat. Absolutely nothing like the photos. I was starving threw it away. Line was soooo long and guy so rude. Manager lady ignored me forever at the counter . Very bad experience!!!! Horrible !!!!!!
In a world where most fast food places have people working there that don't want to be there and it shows, this place was not one of them. The 2 employees I encountered were patient, friendly and helpful. (Yes all 3 attributes). The food was the usual good standard of Arby's that I have come to expect. Arby's is always a good break from the burgers my kids desire and in this case the children's menu was sufficient.
I'm not a big fan of Arby's food, not that it's bad, it just doesn't cater to my taste. I go because my wife loves it. However, they have a excellent staff in Winter Haven and it has always impressed me the level of courtesy and professionalism the employees provide to the customer. I told them one visit that they set the gold standard for fast food chain restaurants when it comes to handling customers. Someone is providing some excellent training in leadership and it shows.
Arby's is Arby's and yet never have had a complaint about eating out an Arby's. The staff was friendly we went through the drive-thru prices are always about the same pretty decent food was great as usual and I will definitely go back but I'm craving another beef and cheddar
I was at this store wensday night and I visit this store for over 7 years and this night I order 3 new briskets plus fries...the boy at register was very polite , but i dont like a suposed shift lady manager that was rude with some seniors and do My fries wrong and the nice cashier Fix it....plus when i ready to eat at home the subs was horrible messy...no bacón on one...no crispy onions on all 3...i was so mad i Pay Close to 25$ for all that..i call inmediately and a nice guy name Jacob apologized and offer replace My whole order..i go back last friday and Jacob was there very friendly and replace My order and this Time all 3 briskets was perfect delicious....thank you not for just replace My order but for the great attention and friendly service ...thank you Leroy the subs was delicious,Peter and Jacob for the great friendly service and smiles...that's the right way to treat customers....I give 5 stars
