The food was good but the service was not. It started off ok but the server just turned into a jerk. I definitely won't be back for a while.
a good thing. Food was good, service was good, I would have liked food a little sooner but if was early for dinner. I don't go to places that don't make me feel like I was catered to. I like to feel like the server earned at least 20%. This Chili's gets my continued patronage.
Staff is always super nice and attentive and its always kept up and clean inside.
Had to ask for server to take order. Forgot 2 entrees including the birthday girl's meal. Ran out of vanilla ice cream so further delay to place a new order. It was NOT a busy night. Gave 2 stars instead of one as forgotten meals finally arrived and removed from bill.
Met the wife and kids there today about 5:30pm. From the time we were seated until we were waited on for drinks was about 5 minutes. Server kept drinks and chips filled consistently until food was served about 35 minutes later. I drink a lot of soda, so that is
