Sunday evening after Legoland. Hungry we decided to stop in to Perkins just outside the main gate. Empty parking lot (we soon found out why) we felt lucky and went inside where we stood in the doorway next to the empty waitress station....and stood....and stood.....and stood with two servers and a manager just in front of us behind the front counter....probably 5 minutes standing there in an empty restaurant waiting to be acknowledged. After what felt like forever one of the servers looked up and waved us over to a section and said we could "sit anywhere over there". We had to go through the waitress station on our own and get menus and crayons for our son. We sat ourselves and again waited.....after 10 minutes or more (again it felt like forever in an EMPTY restaurant) with no attention from anybody whatsoever we decided to leave. The manager told us to have a nice evening on the way out. This staff is totally clueless. We stopped another family from entering on the way out and made sure to let every person we met in Winter Haven know just how pathetic the staff is at their local restaurant. Apparently this wasn't a surprise to any of them. Awful
This place doesn't even deserve one star ‼ Stood at the door for 8 min while 2 waitress where behind the counter talking. Refuse to seat us, so we sat ourselves.
There was a group of us 20 to be exact the service was great our server got everything right. Everyone loved their food it was well cook and well reasoned. Everyone single one of us was very satified with the portion of the food that was served. Our breakfast was a success.
There wasn't a waitress in sit. Sat for another 15 min then choose to leave. As we were leaving I told the the person behind the counter(which looks like the manager) thanks for the wonderful service!

Great guy our server. Our food was excellent. And the lady at the cashier was charming and very welcoming... Great experience...
